Welcome To New Garia Development Co-op Housing Society Ltd

On 21st day of December 1976, this Housing Cooperative Society (named ‘New Garia Development Cooperative Housing Society Limited’) under Tollygunge Police Station, District 24 Parganas (S) was registered with the West Bengal Cooperative Societies Act 1973. Early birds at this Society were only few as the area was underdeveloped, slushy, low and a prospect of what it is today seemed very bleak then. The name of Police Station with development of adjoining area shifted from Tollygunge to Kasba to Purba Jadavpur to now Panchasayar under the jurisdiction of WB Police to now Kolkata Police.
